Well, I went back, thinking that they would turn on any day now. I was sooooo wrong. It started off really strong with eight nice crappie and a huge school of 2 to 6 pound hybrids. I stayed on the hybrids for about an hour and then they just disappeared, along with all the other fish in the lake. I think today is the second worse crappie day I've had on Moss. Everyone I spoke with only had 2 or 3 crappies with the exception of one nice young man who said he had about 15. When I left shortly after noon, the parking lot was packed. Trucks were parked all the way out to the camp ground. I hope all those folks had a better day than I.
