    Default Windy Wednesday

This perfectly healthy pine was blown over in our yard today. I's about 80' tall and has a diameter of about 18" chest high. Pretty big tree. I may just just cut them all down.

At Least it blew the way it did! No Tornado's over here but a couple up towards Oxford & Henderson. We lucked out on this one.

I am learning how to drive a commercial bus. Today was a road trip day and I got to cross over Jordan lake as the two fronts were coming through Pittsboro and Carrboro. Tornado watches north and south of us. Jordan at the 64 bridge was white capping and the wind was vicious from the south to the north. I learned how to steer into the wind in order to keep the bus straight. It was a interesting and challenging day, but I learned a lot at the same time.
