That's cool. Sometimes I can see them following the jig and if I bounce it, they'll turn and go back to the bottom.

Normally I am vertical jigging so I can watch the locator and keep my jig at the level I want it. Like JL says, a rod in each hand, slow trolling to control depth and set the hook on even the lightest of touches.
