I'm looking for a 15 Hp outboard short shaft, Any body got one for sale or know of one for sale?

I have an older Mercury that needs a carb but is otherwise in execellent condition. Stored inside and not used.

I'm working on a 9.8 Mercury now, which I have had for 30 years, 1960 something, Can't find parts for it, something in the firing has went out, Unless some one knows something I dont, It's not looking good for this motor. Nobody has parts for a motor this old.

No, Its my son's boat motor acting up, trying to fix it.

A friend has a 9hp that is a barn fine from his dad's house. He has cleaned it up, new tank spark plug new unit oil. I got it started after about three pulls, runs good and idles fine. If I could figure how to put it on the toon I'd get it as a back up in case the main died on the lake
Not sure what he wants if you are interested I'll get you two together.
