Lake Townsend 12-8

Tried Lake Townsend again today. Caught 20 crappie. Mostly 9 to 10 inches. Long line trolling with jigs. All colors seem to work. Water temp 53 degrees. Slow bite. Released all.

Pretty weather. Gotta take advantage of it while we can. Nice day to be out. One of those Townsend Hybrid might jump on one of your jigs out there one of these days. Had one grab one of mine a few years ago. What fun that was. Thanks for posting. Nice to here about these local water. Are you not getting eaten up by those White perch? Somebody thought they would contribute some a while back and I think it hurt the Crappie and Hybrid out there. Nice to read your post.

I have fished Townsend 3 times in the last two weeks and have not caught a single White Perch.

No. I pre-tie double rigs before going on a lake and did not have time to get any of the new stuff together.
