Caught 30 and kept 20. Started just after dark and out of 3 dozen minnows around 10. The bugs were a pain for a while but they went away faster than they usually do.

nice catch. Wife and I thought about going to Badin, but decided that the weather was too iffy to try in a aluminum boat.

The bugs were bad Monday night at Tillery I finally cut all the lights off except for the ones in the water

Nice catch, even if you have to put up with the bugs, you'll forget all about it when those golden filets come out of that hot grease.

Turkeyfootnc, have you noticed more people fishing for crappie now that there in no size and limit on the crappies? Just wondering if the new law passed is helping or not! Good looking mess of fish you got there! Looking forward to our next trip.

I have not noticed many more people fishing since the rule change. Believe it or not I have caught bigger fish since the change! I really do think this is a good thing to help get smaller fish out so other fish can grow. I can't wait til the clash!
