Super report and pic. Thanks. Is Kerr in NC? I am not familiar.

The motor boat is in dry dock being evaluated for a new power source...time for an upgrade. Launched the Kayak early am with plans to fish until it got hot. The steady breeze from the north was a welcome treat. Never went more than a couple hundred yards from the landing. Found a concentration of crappie along the clay bank and picked thru those slow trolling. Hit a brush pile that was loaded with nice white crappie. Left biting fish both areas...boat traffic was getting tough fishing from the yak. BG "Blue Ice" in 16 fow worked for me. Caught about 3 dozen only kept all I wanted to clean. Good day on the water. Kerr is on the VA/NC state line, above Raleigh. Both NC and VA license are good there. got a reciprical agreement. the best crappie lake on the East coast, IMHO! (Also known as "Buggs Island Lake") Great Pic an report, Bud! (Getcha a new Yamaha)
I found it on google maps. Could you imagine how long you would have to live to fish all the spots posted on C.c.
