Hit the water about 7:30 this morning.It was my pleasure to have my youngest daughter and one of her friends aboard the Princecraft today.We were welcomed with a slick calm lake for mabey an hour or so and basically no boat traffic..We longlined 1/16 oz sliders again today with the magic depth 17 to 20 fow.,no color seemed best caught fish on all rods.The Keeper size to throwbacks wratio was about one to one.They caught a good many fish with the biggest fish being around 12".The Lord blessed us with a great day on the lake.We spoke a little on the meaning of Memorial day,,just in case they dont do it much in school...Both of these young ladies graduate high school friday. The girls even let me reel one in,,,then they said,,if you cant do any better than that,,just let us fish!!

Good job, bearclaw. As soon as school is out , I'll be taking a few young fishermen out,too. They are all ready asking about going.
