    They are a nuisance when crappie fishing. But some of the biggest perch I have ever caught came from Tillery during the last night trip. Try drifting minnows at 15 feet in 20/30 feet of water.

    Want be much longer and u can catch them schooling.always caught plenty from the dam back towards the island own the Norwood mt gilead side

    You can see them on the depth finder, especially if they are hugging the bottom. Once you see them, bounce a spoon amongst them or a minnow or worm. They will eat about anything you dangle in front of them. Darn good eating too and fun if you get in a school of nice size ones.

    I've caught some decent eaters last year trolling small crank baits up river around Morrow Mountain State Park.
