Not many boats out today. Went back up in one of the creeks and never saw another boat all day. Thankful for Gortex and wool gloves...it was a raw day but the crappies were biting. The colder weather pushed them down a little deeper from last weekend. The sweet spot was 10-12 fow pulling dark twister tails with a chartreuse tail and minnows. Probably caught about 40 and kept enough for a good meal. Biggest fish was 14" which for me is a biggun at Hyco. Some good white bass mixed in with the crappie made the day even better. Left biting fish, out of minnows and a very low trolling battery. Good day on the water...FB
