Kayak fisherman here. I went today on upper Wylie with no luck. Fished minnows and jigs from 25ft of water around bridges to 2 ft on the banks of coves with no luck. I didn't even have a bite??? Water in main channel was 57 deg and 65 back in shallow coves. Where are the fish?
