Here's your chance to something good.
A young police officer Jason Nasworth Orange County, was on Lake Jordan Saturday when his Mercury Outboard went one direction and the boat another. Don't even go there we've all had a similar experience and had that same stupid look on our face. He did have the good sense to get the GPS setting on his cell phone. What I'm asking? is can one of you fellows, with one of those fancy depth finders that can find a stump in the middle of no where, help him find his motor? No this isn't a joke and he truly could use any help what so ever to retrieve his motor.
He can be reached on Facebook, contacting Orange County Police Office, or leaving me a message.
Once again this is your chance for bragging rights about your ability to find something lost with your depth finder and at the same time do something good for a fellow in need.
Thanks

Believe it or not, the same thing happened to me many years ago. I reported it to the insurance company who hired a diver to retrieve the motor and they also paid to have it serviced and reinstalled. It only cost me some embarrassment and down time.
