Me and Ms. Rawhide made our first trip of the year to Randleman Lake. The water was very high and stained due to the recent rain. We started up Muddy Creek with limited success. Then we moved downstream towards 220 and marked fish deep in 25-35 feet of water close to the bottom. We dropped in minnows and jigs and caught around 60 over the next 3 hours with a lot being too little to filet. We managed to catch a decent mess before the wind and rain ran us off the water under white cap conditions. Water temp was 58*.
