Just a quick reminder of LIVE WELL CHECK at Hills from 5am to 6am on Saturday October 5th. We will be there taking entry fees and doing live well checks. If you are traveling a long distance allow enough time so we can fish too. Lots of people have concerns that High Rock is not producing a lot of big fish and everything being caught is small but just remember the boat with the most weight wins the $1,000. If its 3 pounds or 10 pounds it dont matter. This touranment is designed with everyone in mind. The rod limit is 12 and the fish limit is 7. There are no membership fees or points races just good clean fun for a good cause and only $50. If the lake is off a little then the greater the chance anyone can win. In addition to the posted cash prizes 6th place is a 14' Southern Crappie Rod with Reel. 7th place is a 12' Southern Crappie Rod with Reel. 8th place is a 12' Southern Crappie Rod. 9th Place is a Southern Crappie Reel. 10th Place is a 12' Cumings Landing Net. 11th place is $50. So whatever your weight is make sure you weigh in. We will be selling raffle tickets for prizes at the weigh in like we have the first 3 tournaments so if you cant fish the tournament but can come to the weigh in you can buy raffle tickets and meet some of the best crappie fishermen in the state.
