High Rock 7/9-11th

I'm at high rock campground in abbotts cr. The Crappie are biting good mostly on minnows caught fish everyday no size to them a lot of short fish ,my main objective was catfish anyway caught a few 8-9 inchers .The guy camping near me came in tonight with about 12 in the 8-11 inch range fishing under the hwy 8 bridge .They are biting but there's alot of small fish .wt 82 and dingy

good report. Almost everyone I've talked to has said the same thing, you'll catch alot of crappie on High Rock but they are small. On Badin you won't catch that many but when you do they are slabs. I'm sure all the stupid rain has alot to do with the amount of fish we've been catching.
