Anybody going to fish this week/weekend? Rain had a nice chill to it today and I'm sure the creeks are pouring some cooler water into certain areas of the lake. Reckon all this change will give them lockjaw or turn them on and anxious to feed? Thinking of hitting Jordan early Thursday.

went to lake norman state park area yesterday and rode around with my son marked a few spots with my new 597 hummingbird for later. didnt get a line wet though :/

we did well today, brought home our limit and enjoyed a pleasant day on the water, our fish were still shallow,8-10', water temp was 79.5, very calm and did i say pleasant, saw several other crappie guys out today, most said they were having trouble finding any size.

No size for us either. Picked up fish in 8-12 FOW from creeks to main lake humps. Could've sat under the bridges and caught all the 8 inch fish you could stand.....not the kind of fish I'm after though. Nice day on the water though.
