Slabbernuts - How ya been??? I've never had the chance to fish the south end. I need to make a trip down there.

Any good spots to launch a kayak? Folks at work say,... Just south of the boat launch in Woodville is a good spot to start.

I have caught them in the spring right in penn yan by the boat launch. but most of my fishing is in Seneca river and bays off lake Ontario.

Hey guys some how I missed these post , yes there is a good spot to launch a kayak at south end of cdga lake , at the Woodville launch , I believe there is a set up just for canoes and kyaks, I live I penn yan also , we will have to meet up in the spring , the penn yan outlet can be great depending on what they are doing with the locks , branchport and waneta/Lamoka lake at night is real good

I have allways wanted to fish Waneta n' Lamoka. There was a plan in the works to fish Branchport by kayak last spring but my buddy got a job as a forest fighter in Cali. befor he graduated FLCC. So that got put on the back burner. lol - I simply need more friends that enjoy fishing as much as I do. Oh well that's life when you sell car parts for a living. You end up in the shop more than on the water.

The fellas up around Black Lake and the Seneca River have been trying to get together for years now with no luck. The timing is allways off.

Trueseal315 - I live just North of you guys in Geneva. It would be nice to get a few of us together. I know three other members in the area that would be interested.
