Went to Allegany St. Park Red House Lake this morning caught several gils one crappie 10.5 inches. Fishing 18' of water fish were at 8' to 14'. Used a 1/16 oz. jig and curly tail. Tried my new showdown troller and it worked great, can use transducer right thru bottom of canoe. Will work good ice fishing this coming season. I have the bigger showdown and pleased with it, it replaced my vex. which always worked good. I prefer the Showdown over the vex but that is just me.
