Everyone in the world knows Carolina barbecue is the best. Well they should know it. Even tho my wife is from Rocky Mount she can't even boil water without burning it. So I want to attempt to make my own barbecue. Anyone have any good recipes? I'm going to cook the pork on my grill and it looks like about 10-12 hours at 150° should do it. Does that sound about right? Appreciate any help.
