I think you must do a software update. I did and mine is new. You need a standard micro SD card, Class 10. 4GB or larger, to 32GB. I can forward instructions if you need them.Quote:

Bill, your new unit was being manufactured months ago (probably), before that code upgrade was even available, so...I'm sure it has to be upgraded.
That's my experience with other stuff, and it's what the guy said at BPS when we went to that thing.
