I recently bought a boat off a guy and verified it wasn't stolen by highway patrol but the guy I bought it off of had no title neither did the guy he bought it off of and probably so on and so forth. Has anybody had experience with getting a title on a boat in Missouri that has possibly never been titled since 1973 when it was created? If so PM me please and thank you.
