Fishing Journal Ideas

I've always wanted to keep a fishing journal, but have always been too lazy. I just wanted to know if there is a good app or if you guys can give me any ideas of what you list? Thanks in advance and sorry if I'm bringing up an old topic.

I just use a notebook and pencil. Date, where we fish, water level, water temp, air temp, what fish caught and lure or bait used.

Blackwater, this is one of the older threads. If you skip through all the BS, there's some good information in there. No worries on repeating a thread. It's probably a good thing that some topics come up periodically. But that search function in the upper right hand corner can be pretty helpful, too.
