I'm sorry, I read the regs and forgot already. Do we have to label all of our poles or poles in excess of 3 each? Also, is it name, address and phone on the label? We're staying in one of the floating kitchenettes at Bucksaw. Will it be a good place for launching a deep hull boat? Anything we need to know to avoid death, dismemberment or damage?
