Hogster, I have a case of pre-sliced potatoes. They are frozen but cook up really good when thawed. I'm thinking that would cut down a ton on the prep time, not having to cut up a bazillion potatoes!!!!Quote:

I will bring my 10' X 20' shelter , cole slaw , hush puppy fixings , ( do we need another fryer for potatoes , hush puppies ? )

Curt I think we will be fine with the fryer we use. It's a big fryer and cooks pretty fast.

We have a charcoal grill and a gas grill in the locker. I should have done an inventory yesterday, but not enough time.
