Catfishing at Smithville

My son has the itch to do some catfishing. Any good areas on the banks of Smithville that are fairly easy to access and just do some bank fishing for cats?

I've caught a few up at access pt 14, and I think access 17 should be about the same. Both are on shallow flats. Good luck!
