For scent on my jigs I use the fish oil pills designed for heart health. So easy to use, you just poke the end of the pill with the jig hook and squeeze out the oil onto your jig or minnow. You can carry several in your pocket and never have to look for the jar of whatever. Works good on whisker fish as well. Every time I get "the thump" I can feel my heart get healthier at the same time, so I get 2 bangs for my buck.
Does it help fish have better memory also? Don't hook to many short ones.
