Lavendar spray for Hospice patients.

3 months ago my mother in law had to go into nursing home and under Hospice Care. The nurse brought lavender spray. If the person becomes agitated or has anxiety just spray some on the pillow or chair back near their head. It really did help my mother in law. When she is breathing hard it also helped to spray some. Wondering if it will work for other things too like tantrums. She doesn't have much time left. Hasn't been able to drink or eat for 2 days and doesn't open eyes when talked to or touched. The Hospice people are great. A pastor has been visiting her twice a month and social worker every week. Also nurse twice weekly or more if needed. Just amazed at how the Lavender spray works to calm her down.

This is a tough time for all of the family and hospice not only cares for the patient, but they also help the family prepare. Wishing/praying for peace for everyone
