Sitting here watching fishing shows on TV, is not my idea of having fun. Fishing fever is building and can"t do nothing about it. Come on Spring weather, or at least melt the ice.

I am sitting here (one who likes cold) and have had enough.. If it is going to be cold lets get enough ice to fish off of,checked the local lake this am and it is still iffy. Cracks a little too much for my big butt to trust.

19 degrees here today, north wind at 10mph... I could go hit the river today but we had some freezing rain yesterday so the ramps are too slick to risk it...

Going through withdrawal here too. Changed line on catfish rods this morning. New haven ramp ramp has an 18" drop off on part of it when this water is this low. Saw that a couple of weeks ago. This week isn't going to be any better. Heard it was suppose to be like this all month and maybe into March. Hopefully when it turns warm it will stay like that. When it turned cold it stayed that way.

No kidding! I hear ya! I spent last Saturday walking around BPS for something half interesting to do. Not good, you can spend a lot of money on stuff you can't use for a couple months.

yeah, I been trolling the BPS website, too. still have giftcards from xmas to spend. just ordered a new Bett's "Blue" 8ft castnet, I fixed and stitched up all the holes in my old one yesterday but it's in bad shape... so dang bored here that I'm about to start doing HOUSE WORK! Lmao! it's THAT bad!
