    Default Bucksaw area RV park

I'm thinking about getting a trailer and parking it in the Bucksaw area. Any places that are better than the others. We have 2 and 4 year old so needs to be kid friendly. Just trying to get an idea of what my options are. Also any recommendations for boat storage in the area.

Boat storage is ~$380/year at the brown colored storage units on the east side of the road right after you turn off of U Hwy. The Nichols family are good people. The units have a gravel floor and electric.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.

Bucksaw does have a playground which is nice for the kids, but the campground lacks shade and is fairly tight! We prefer Long Shoal there is more shade and more privacy between sites! We store our camper under shelter for 50 month on 7 hwy which does allow us to go to either place! The storage does have month to month rental so i would suggest renting it for month or two and check out the area sitea before committing!

I got a spot at Hickory Hollow this year and like it. Pretty much total shade and small pool. He has storage on site.
Not to far from Bucksaw where i like to fish but also Tebo right there.

Before you commit to any rv park do not forget to ask whatr their electric rates are. they vary from park to park don't get a spot without afternoon shade or your electric bill will be very high

Yeah, I pay .20 at hickory hollow which is awful high and I knew that going in but I liked the park.
Seems when I was looking around at different places most were around the .15 area what I remember.

We get ours for free at Bucksaw but we pay more for seasonal rate than others do. Dr.Fish has a camper at Oak Tree I believe it is called and Beagle may of had one there for a while. Maybe they will chime in.
