Great park and people. Owner lives on site and it is very safe.
Only reason i am not using it we decided to get site on Truman Lake that came open right after i had leased this spot. Wife wanted to be close to osage beach.
I originaly paid $1500 for site and owner lets park residents use it year round.
My lease runs until April 13 2014 and when i left aii new sites overlooking stocked lake were leased. Close to several boat ramps. Great deal for someone! $800 Cant hardly store one for the year at this price plus having utilities included. Thanks for Looking
