    Looks great! Wish you would have had that Monday night, I would have borrowed it! I made 25 lbs of italian sausage and 15 lbs of brats! Had some for dinner last night and they were great. One of them presses would be nice, might look into getting one. I just use my grinder to stuff with, which works ok but is not the best.
