Thanks folks, it was a "hell" of a birthday. Will do a write up when the brain works. I think my sleeper is broke. Every time I entered REM sleep last night I woke as if I was falling out of the kayak. I fell asleep, all of us do, in the kayak while doing the race. It is not a good thing. Still at less than 12 hrs sleep since I went to bed Monday night. Signing off.
