walleye at truman

Just about give up on the crappie at Truman this spring. Decided to hit the points at Avery and we almost limited out. I've never had this much luck with the eyes before. If your over that way now seems to be a good time to catch them. We caught them on square bills and wiggle warts.

Wow!!! That picture and Truman is not expected to be going together. Congrats. There has been a lt of talk around the store from customers about walleye fishing here at Truman. I need to get out and give it a try sometime.

Thanks everyone....it was a blast figured I would share. If you get bored sometime give it a try. My back still hurts, and my wife has been rubbing icyhot on my shoulders all week. It's just a little more work than throwing a crappie jig all day. Lol
