My wife purchased her fishing license today and after she signed it and left the store she realized it has her madden name on it. Do you guys think it will be a problem or will she be legal?

You will have to go to a county office or call to get it changed. They are suppose to ask if name and address are correct before printing. You may ask this in the "Ask The Conservationist" section to see what they say. They would have no way to verify when you were married. Could have got permit one day and got married the next. It is $2 for a reprint but can not be changed to my knowledge with out going to office or calling. Then they can update it in the system by her conservation number. Then can print one online or get a reprint from a place thats sells them for $2.
Thats a good question for the "Ask The Conservation Agent" board.

Great minds think a like Chris. You must have been typing the same time I was.
Is your ss# not on record associated with your cons. no. ? I suppose her address is not the same as on her drivers license either? If it is, then it would help, but unfortunately peg you all as SINNERS, therefore unbelievable. Haha
