Default Balsamic Vinegar with a kick

I like a little balsamic vinegar on my fish every now and then but with a kick... Here's what you do is buy 2 or 3 bottles of the vinegar and for each jar add as many serano peppers as you can fit in there..Just stuff it full... First cut the steams off and you mite need to pour a little of the vingar out... Set aside for 3 mouths... If you like hot stuff this is very good... I give these for Xmas gifts and they always ask for more...

Post this on the wrong board,,, Don't know how to move it??
