Default Good Stuff....... Baked them fresh Crappie tonight

Man they was good...... I use the Parmesan Cheese recipe on the forum, but didn't like the ground thyme..... In fact tonight I done 2 of the six filets with Andy's batter..... and sprinkle just a dab of garlic salt on them..... man they beat the parmesan recipe for my taste, tasted like fish, all I done was coat the filets with egg batter, then coated with Andy's put in the baking dish and added a little melted butter on top of them..... might just have to start me a Ramsey Kitchen Show.........I can cuss as much as he does........

Monty maybe we can get you your own show on PBS to get you started. Maybe CrappieThumperMK and Amanda will post the recipe for the bacon wrapped crappie they had the other night. Looked good and I don't even care for fish.

Looks good, going to have to try it. I would pay money to watch your cooking show.
