The just said on the St Louis news that the Corp of Engineers is going to drop the water flow from the South Dakota dam by 40%. the river is already low. Might have trouble getting a boat in the water if it drops very much. I think they did that 2 years ago and then record snowfall out west and the Missouri was flooded all summer in 2011.
