Default Truman Fall Camp Oct. 12th-14th

Figured we better get it started. It will be the week after fall camp at LOZ. I had several guys at spring camp say they wanted to keep it simple as far as meals at fall camp. So figured we would just have the grills going for meals on Friday and Saturday night and not mess with the fish fry. If someone wants to bring a smoker that would be great also. Will be tough to compete with James pulled pork though. I will get a little list going and if some wants to add something to it I will keep it updated. I am sure I will forget things so let me know what you think we will need. Or if anyone has another idea for a meal let me know.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

We will need more grills since they will be our main source of cooking.

Would be nice to have at least 4. Mine is not very big but does well for brats and hotdogs. May use the charcoal grills for chicken and pork.

I am game for pitching in for meat for the smoker. Sounds great.

I would be in for supplying some Brisket for the cooker instead of the pork steak.Let me know.

I reserved A-44 this morning. Hogster, that would be great if you could bring a brisquit. I plan on having chili, ham&beans and baked beans available for Fri. and Sat. night. Will bring a canopy also and plenty of firewoodThumbs Up
