Thanks Buckwheat for the "Andys" fish seasoning and your buttermilk & eggs recipe. I served 60 people at my fish fry and they all loved it. I got so hungry for it again I had to go out today and get a couple of pike (northern/walleye) so I can sample it again. take care and thanks again.
