FORD!!!!!!!!!!! And bite your tongue for the dodge comment. Stick with the 5.0 engine and steer clear of the eco-boost; you'll need to burn premium in the eco-boost for the best performance. 5.0 has been around forever and is a great engine. Now go buy one.

 I think i just threw up in my mouth alittle. But seriously if you are going to pick between those two makes i agree with Jack. The Dodges get horrible fuel mileage and you cant keep front end suspension and steering linkage on them. Now if ya want a real truck buy ya a Chevy.Sorry couldn't resist

There are several good websites that will help you make an educated decision-- ie-- MOTOR TREND, EDMUNDS, KELLY BLUE BOOK you'll want to read the reviews for the particular truck & exact engine size you are interested in....I prefer FORD products but Dodge also makes a good truck, I also agree with jackb, the ECOBOOST is new to the market and yet to be proven reliable.... Don't know how long you keep you trucks, but if you are like me I runnem till the wheels fall off so with a little research on the web you should be able to make a confident choice..... GOOD LUCK

I drive a dodge, 4x4, club cab, 18 to 20mpg average, had some trouble with the front end, they fixed it, no ford for me,,,dont like the history of the owner, only reason,, my brother likes ford, my other brother likes chevy,,, my dodge rides as good and stears as good as any truck I ever drove, it is a toss up, and you will get as many opinions as there are people to give them,,,
