Crap. Last monday took the merc in because it was starving for gas at half to full throttle. Started fine and idled fine. Couldn't visiually see anything wrong. Saturday husband got the Evinrude out so we took it. Got it to the water and it wouldn't start. Starter would turn fine but engine wouldn't hit a lick.banghead Not even 1 little chug or puff of smoke. WTH. So we loaded it back up and dropped it off at Eberlin's too. Parked it beside our other boat. I hope they get 1 of them fixed by the weekend. Was really wanting to go crappie fishing next weekend. But the rain may have that messed up anyway. So glad we hadn't ventured up to Mark Twain to find out it wouldn't start. We have had trouble with the Evinrude flooding when you first start it so maybe this will fix that also. Just frustrating. Down to the canoe. I will get in the canoe on the river by the house because it isn't very deep but will not get in it in anything deep. Just to tippy for me and I can't swim but do wear life jacket when in it.
