    Ok Beagle you got my attention, what is it? I have heard of it but. Where did you get it? How do you cook it? Or do you eat it raw on a samwich.

    I think you're supposed to pull the leaves off and use the stems as dental floss

    it is a wild weed,water plant,bug home,,, I got it from a spring over by Chesapeak mo. I usually chop up some onion and eat it raw. you can also,as Dan said Heat up or fry up some bacon and pour the hot grease over it and munch away... it is good ,,, lots of iron and the only way I will S CAR GO.... sometimes you don't get all the bugs out,,, but hey protein is good for you...
