I was reading an article that they found the body of Trooper Guthrie who was swept away in the flood waters this year. Maybe the family can get a little closeur now.

Yes now they can stop wondering and worrying about where his body went. Its a tough thing to have to go through and deal with for sure, I dont know him or the family but I pray that he and the family can be at piece now.

So glad they found his body. I doubt if they will ever know for sure just what exactly what happened and how it happened. They will probably only have ideas.

I fell for that family and group of friends. Hard does not even come close I would guess. Every time I drive by his place I will think of him.

I knew Fred and worked with him. He was an awesome guy and a die hard outdoorsman who loved his family. That is a compliment to live for, in my book. This fall I went up to big lake to see the recovery efforts and I was amazed they had not found Fred at that time, then totally floored with the news of the discovery. I know the family appreciates all the thoughts and prayers.

Rest in peace now, my brother. Nock a couple arrows up there for me, my friend.
