    Default bed building day

It was such a nice day I decided to put some beds out. So I threw the jon boat in and cut some brush. I got mostly birchs from down by the crik. When all was said and done I put out 10. It was a beautiful day to be out. I watched a pair of adult bald eagles and a juvinile soaring above the ridges looking for a meal. It made me appriciate where I was and what I doing.

The only thing better than catching fish and eating fish is to put out places for fish to be caught. Congrats on doing the work that will be off down the road. I'm sure not a pro crappie fisherman but rule one in my book is put out lots of beds for every wind. IMO your catch rate goes way up when you have your own brush and lots of it.

I put five under a couple of docks and the other piles I put 8 pound weights at the bottom and a two liter tied to the tops. Im hoping that they will stand upright if not o well.

Great job on the crappie condos. I know with the warm weather this weekend you will be testing them out.
