Dang it, Jared!! I wish I had got a brick!!!
All kidding aside, that's a great gift. That will be special many years from now.

We went to Little Rock to see the family. Great time spent with my sisters and my kids. Hung out with the kids downtown, drinking, laughing, catching up. Nice to have fun with them when they're grown. Got to see my grandbaby for the third time in her life. She sure grew a bunch in a year. My gift... time. Time with those I love and miss. Priceless.

Of course you have to spend money. The wife and I bought two bedrooms worth of furniture, two flat screan TV's, two smart phones, two sets of tires for the kids, two gps's. While in Little Rock I did something stupid. Left the gps mounted on the dash in front of the hotel downtown... yep, broken window and missing gps. Drove 430 miles home today with plastic and duct tape covering the driver's door window and ear plugs in our ears to help with the noise.

    Merry Christmas.

LOL only you could ask for that Jack. She prolly shot ole Santa when he tried to pick her up.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
