I went out fishing Friday and found out my new gloves aren't waterproof, which made for very cold fingers. I came home & searched on CDC about gloves .. I think it was Keefer that had started a thread a couple of weeks ago (thanks Keefer!Thumbs Up) and found some more information on one of the other state boards. I decided I'd like to try some neoprene gloves ... I hit Cabela's and after being pointed in the wrong direction by three different employees, found out they didn't have the gloves I wanted in my size (really, you're sold out of "large"?). Drove over to Rogers and their selection was fairly limited and didn't get the best help at all (which is rare for them, but seems to be becoming more common). Not wanting to give up, I went to Dick's in Zona Rosa (OMG! Avoid Zona Rosa during the Holiday Season
) .. not much there either.
Too long of a story short .. after 4 hours, 2 states, 3 stores, I came home and ordered some off of eBay .. it took 4 minutes.
And to think I could've been fishing that whole time!![]()
