Going to start this thread and would like to invite everyone to add some thing to it! Kind of like one of those Jeff Foxworthy Redneck lists! And most of the below info is true!

1. When your 600 miles from home and your wife calls and reads you the fishing reports from CDC as your working!

2. When all your friends only text you pictures of all the Crappie they caught and never any nude pictures!

3. When before a fishing trip given the choice of a hot evening with the wife or a night on CDC reading updated fishing reports you tell the wife you have a headache!

4. When you put on a hat to hide your face to go into Wal-Mart to buy a minnow bucket because you heard the big ones were bitting on minnows better. And the last time you were with your buddies you swore off of minnows!

5. When you pay cash for that minnow bucket at Wal-Mart and hide the reciept from the wife because she thinks you should be using some of the 10,000 plus jig skirts you own!

6. When you purchase a new Crappie rod that you just had to have and you purchase 2 of them and bring 1 home to the wife as a present so that you can get yours in the door!

7. When you purchase a new Crappie reel that is brand new on the market and you purchase 2 of them and bring 1 home to the wife as a present so that you can get yours in the door!

8. When you have been told by your wife that you are not allowed in Bass Pro Shops alone without her because last months debit card statement just came in and you spent $500.00 on Crappie fishing gear!

9. When its 4 am a week before fishing camp and Bugman PM's you on CDC quick call me I want to talk fishing!

10. When its 5 am and your wife gets out of bed to go to work and finds you on the phone in the living room talking to Bugman about Crappie fishing!

11. When you hide new Crappie fishing gear behind the seat of the pickup because you know that wife is going to throw a fit when she finds it!

12. When you forget to take the trash out on trash morning because your taking a mid morning nap because you were on CDC most of the night reading fishing reports.

I DO LOVE YOU PW58!!! PLEASE FORGIVE SOME OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION!!! I WAS HIGH ON COPENAGEN AND MY SUGAR LEVEL IS MESSED UP AGAIN!

Been really nice knowing you all just signed my own death warrant! Dont bother sending flowers just go wet a jig or a minnow!

13. When you have called the wife of your fishing partner to ask her permission for him to go fishing! SORRY MARCUS1968!

14. When you tell the wife and family forget about Christmas gifts and birthday gifts for you! Just get you any GIFT CARD from any place that selling Crappie Jigs!

15. When you will do anything to get out of going to the doctors office to get a shot. But consider a stuck finger from a Crappie Jig as a badge of honor!

16. When you have bookmarked Southern Pro Jigs and look daily for any new and updated colors you don't currently have!

17. When you take the wife out fishing on Truman Lake and launch the boat at 5:30 am and keep her on the lake until 7:30 pm that night. And won't take her back to the marina for a potty break because you know the bite is going to start anytime!

18. When you change your Ebay password so the wife can't see what Crappie fishing gear your bidding on!

19. When you tell the wife your too busy for lunch and won't meet her because your going over to the new Academy Sports store to look at Crappie Jigs!

17. above... My wife can relate. Now she understands why my friends won't fish with me.

20. When your wife brings home Mahi Mahi or Tuna steaks or Coho Salmon, you look at the price/lb and realize it is cheaper than crappie by the pound and really don't care.
