    Default needing a good pair of water proof gloves

    Hey all! Now that I was steered in the right direction with a pair of muck boots, I'm looking for a good pair of water proof gloves for winter fishing... have ben looking on the internet and have seen some that look good, mainly by under armour... there not cheap so before I go out and get a pair I was looking for suggestions. I'm wanting a non bulky pair and of course nice and warm ones that are water proof... any suggestions would b greatly appreciated! Thanks and good fishing!

    If you do find something you like let us know. For me I finally realized that for cold weather fishing that my hands will always be a problematic situation. I learned that if I could keep my head neck and feet warm that my cold hands were less of a problem. Since my hunting days using a neck gaiter is something I won't be without on the water.
    Now I mainly use the cheapo brown jersey gloves the majority of time and will use the chemical hand warmer packets that I place inside the gloves in either the back of my hand or the palm side. I always have several pairs of gloves available to change into dry ones as needed.

    From this site (Glacier Outdoor: FISHING GLOVES ) on the extra cold days I have found these that work fairly well for me;

    Alaska River Glove - Flip Mitt
    Product ID: 759BK
    Windproof fleece and 2mm neoprene palm with flip mitt design for warmth.

    and this

    Glacier Liner
    Product ID: 008BK
    This liner is perfect for adding warmth to any glove and wicking away perspiration. This very thin glove liner is a favorite of many outdoorsmen and can be used by itself on cooler days.

    Also with this flip mitt glove a chemical warmer packet easily fits inside the flip part to help keep your fingers warm. I'll also use the jersey gloves as a liner in the flip mitt gloves.

    Bass Pro also carries these gloves. Glacier Glove® Windproof Flip Mitt | Bass Pro Shops
