I don't know who was happier, him for his first deer, or dad for my boy getting a nice one!!
Now to get him on the fall Crappie!

Congrates! Good looking buck! I am 51 years old and I remember my first deer was a doe! At the time it didn't matter to me if it was a buck or a doe. I think the idea I had was to control the amount of deer that we had on the farm at the time. Dad had me always repairing fence from deer damage. I used to hunt everyday of gun season. But now I have not hunted for several years. The idea of going out and being cold all day long just don't turn me on anymore. I would rather Crappie Fish.
