Alot of good ones on the game camera.Heres one.![]()
That's a dandy. I dont chase them around any more because it interferes with my fishing. But here is a pic of a couple my brother and neice have been getting pictures of. Says there is 7 quality bucks roaming this property. Hopefully my neice will get a shot at one of these.
Amen on interfering with the fishin.Grandson love to hunt them and because he's so young the old man gets to take him.
I hear you. I will someday get back into again. But I have a few years before my boys are ready to take the woods. Our 13 year old daughter has talked about it the last few years but never got serious enough to start shooting or sit out in the cold "scouting" getting use to sitting still and quite. Maybe some day. If not maybe the boys will take interest.
hey jigging15, you have a lot of good times in the woods with your children to look forward to!
May i suggest your starting them off with squirrel and then onto the deer and turkey. It`s sort of like starting them out on brim and then on to bass. Good fishing and hunting!
Those are some nice pics. All I get from my camera is pics of the forest. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
If u got it on a small tree the wind will blow them around and take pictures of nothing.Atleast mine does.
I have put them on a 6" dia tree and close to the ground. I'm wondering if the squirls are setting them off.
I set mine about three foot from the ground
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I'm with "G" i put mine about 3 foot high and then knock down any tall weeds in front of it and that stopped empty pics.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
